Dragonetti's Story 

ALLEGRIA ITALIANA RISTORANTE  is owned and operated by the Dragonetti family who bring decades of experience and passion to the creation of Authentic Italian Cuisine.

 

From their roots in Italy and learning the traditional recipes from Mamma Rosa, the Dragonetti family came to the Tampa Bay Area from New York to a new venture in their classic Italian cucina. Formerly from CAFFE NUVOLARI in Islip, New York, a family style Tuscan trattoria with great food in which Frank has learned from a very young age next to Mamma Rosa introducing her recipies as well as their own inspired menu creations.  

 

As the owners of many popular restaurants such as Cafe Ernesto in New York City, Pastappunto Pasta House in New York City and Sotto Cinque on Third Ave in New York City, we are excited to bring our family tradition to your family.

 

Allegria Italiana Ristorante introduces a contemporary concept along with traditional pasta dishes at affordable prices, from Spaghettini al Pomodoro e Basilico, home-made Gnocchi Sorrentino, Pesto, Formaggi e Spinacci, to Astice and Crab Ravioli in Roasted Garlic Cream Sauce, a fantastic Ossobuco over Saffron Risotto, and many more classic plates.  

 

Enjoy a perfect ending with an esspresso and some delicious desserts like,Tiramisu, Cannoli and Italian Ricotta Cheese Cake.
